Hi, I'm Glori — the founder of The Baby Project, a mom of two, a Certified Car Seat Consultant, and a UK Certified Baby Safety & Childproofing Specialist. I'd love to help you through the wonderful (and let's be honest, sometimes overwhelming) world of baby gear.
I've been exactly where you are: surrounded by endless reviews and conflicting opinions, wishing someone I trusted would just tell me what's actually worth it. That feeling is why I created The Baby Project.
I'm not a shop, I don't hold stock, and I'm not paid by any brand. My only job is finding what's genuinely right for your family, your space, and your budget — so when I say something's worth the splurge, or that you can happily skip it, you know it comes from the heart, not a sales pitch.

How are you different from just researching online or using someone else's list?
Generic lists don't know you. My process starts with a detailed 80+ question questionnaire to understand exactly how your family lives — right down to details most people wouldn't think to consider, like your bed height. By the time I make a recommendation, I know your family well enough to say with confidence: this is what you need, and this is what you can skip.
What's the difference between your services?
Three ways to work together, depending on how hands-on you'd like me to be: a curated shopping list you action yourself, a list with full purchasing and delivery, or a fully done-for-you nursery setup. We'll find the right fit on your free call.
Do you work with expat and local families?
Yes — I work with both local Hong Kong families and expats, and all services are conducted in English. I source from the Hong Kong market, and for items that don't ship here directly, I can arrange third-party shipping.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally in your second trimester, to allow time for consultations and sourcing. That said, we know plans change — reach out anytime and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
