Service Description
Baby Shopping, Room Setup & Décor Walk into a finished nursery. I handle everything — planning, buying, and full setup. Our most complete service: we plan, purchase, and fully set up your nursery — so you can simply walk in and enjoy a finished, ready-for-baby room. How it works: -We begin with a 2-hour in-person consultation to assess your baby essentials and review your nursery space. -We visit a store together for 1.5 hours to compare strollers, car seats, and baby carriers. -One week later, you'll receive your personalized shopping list, tailored to your needs and lifestyle. -We meet again to go over any questions and confirm final selections. -Once you're happy, we take over: we purchase everything and have it delivered to our warehouse. -On set up day(s) — this may span a few days — we manage everything on-site: arranging the assembling of all furniture, coordinating vendors, and hands-on preparing and organizing the room so it's ready for your baby's arrival. Larger items are delivered directly to your home on dates arranged with you prior to set up days. Good to know. The look of the room is yours to decide — I am here to help you choose the colour, layout, wallpaper, curtains, furniture and the details, and then to make them happen. Anything more involved is a different trade: walls moved, furniture built in, or a design scheme that goes beyond styling. For those I have an interior designer who can join us and lead that side of it, charged separately from this service. Once you have seen the room finished, the linens and bed sheets still need washing before use — yours to launder and put back exactly as we arranged them, so the room stays as you saw it.
