At The Baby Project HK, we are dedicated to providing exceptional, personalised support to simplify your baby gear journey. Please read this policy carefully before booking any service.
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the personalised and time-intensive nature of our services, all sales are final.

Once payment has been made and a service confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This applies to all services offered by The Baby Project HK, including consultations, curated shopping lists, purchasing services, and nursery setup.

By completing payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
2. Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests under the following conditions:

You must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment by email at hello@the-baby-project.com or via WhatsApp at +852 5911 2086.

Requests received with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for rescheduling.

Where sufficient notice is given, we will work with you in good faith to find a mutually suitable alternative date, subject to our availability.

Rescheduling is offered as a courtesy. It does not entitle you to a refund and is not guaranteed if availability cannot be confirmed.
We recognise that exceptional circumstances can arise. While our policy is firm, we will always approach rescheduling requests with care and good faith.
3. Products Purchased on Your Behalf
For services that include purchasing baby products on your behalf:

Products are subject to the individual retailers’ refund and return policies, which vary by store.

We will use reasonable endeavours to assist you with returns or exchanges where a product is faulty or incorrectly supplied, but we cannot guarantee refunds from third-party retailers.

Our service fee for purchasing is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of any product return.
4. Your Rights Under Hong Kong Law
This policy is designed to comply with Hong Kong’s applicable consumer protection framework, including the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) and the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457). Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under Hong Kong law that cannot be contractually excluded.
If you believe a service was not delivered with reasonable care and skill, please contact us and we will address your concern in good faith.
